Dentist Chair Controller
The operation of a Dentist’s chair is controlled with the aid of two control boards one located at the base , close to the Power Supply and Drive motors and the second in the trolley . The base board controls the UP/DOWN and FRONT/BACK movements of the Chair and also provides for storing two programmed positions , and gargling function. The Trolley Controller allows control of the Drill motor – speed increase/decrease , Forward/Reverse direction of Rotation Hand/Foot mode of operation , control of X-Ray , Tumbler , Spittoon , Lamps and Scalar . A compact membrane type Keyboard is also provided.
GSM IOT Status Monitoring Unit

Power Control Unit
Multiple Microcontrollers are used to exercise operational sequences to test the reliable operation of external power switches and to monitor the levels of external system batteries, voltages etc. Multiple Microcontrollers programmed through an isolated RS485 interface. Industrial Grade requiring a number of test procedures / reports.
Modular Test Interface Package
Sub Rack housing up to six multiplexer cards interconnected through a backplane and communicating amongst themselves through a RS485 serial link. Gathers information like pulse occurrence and duration, simultaneously in up to 900 channels and transfers the data in real time to a host computer through an Ethernet link. The inter card communication uses a master/slave principle.

Isolated monitoring of Electrolyser Cell Voltages in a Caustic Soda plant to enable optimization of plant output and effective maintenance. All voltages are isolated, and data is transferred through MODBUS RTU protocol to a Host computer. Modular in construction.

Hydrogen in Sodium Monitor Display unit

Receives real time from Satellites through GPS device and displays accurate time in hours, minutes and seconds.
Hours, Minutes and Seconds: Seven segment display using SMD LEDs with blinking second’s indications. Digit size 90mmX45mm. Displays local time in 24 hours format.
Time information from satellites is received through internal GPS receiver in master mode. In slave mode, units are updated by the Master through an RS485 differential serial twisted pair of wires. Antenna for the GPS can be extended up to 5 meters.
Built in RTC enables time display in the absence of GPS data.
Compact, elegant wall mountable metal enclosure with built in power supply; operates off 230V AC, 50Hz.
Typical configuration requires a single master which can be connected to multiple slaves through a daisy chain connection.
Xilinx PCI card
High density FPGA in a PCI data acquisition card. Provides interface for 16 Analog inputs, 8 DAC outputs, 1 Mb Static Ram, 128 digital inputs and 128 digital outputs.
Production Display
Large display displays 3 lines of information relating to production data. A Sensor collects production data in real time, converts it to suitable parameter and transfers this to a host computer through an isolated Serial RS 485 link.
